TBC ( Tuberculosis )



TBC is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. The disease most often affects the lungs. It is also one of the oldest diseases known to attack humans. If treated properly tuberculosis caused  by Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, which is sensitive to the drug, it can be cured. Without tuberculosis treatment will lead to the death within the first five years in more than half the cases.
Delays in diagnosis and treatment of noncompliance in having a major impact because Tuberculosis patients will transmit the disease to the environment, thus increasing the number of patients.

Transmission of the disease by contact with sputum or inhaling water droplets from the sneeze or cough of an infected person germs of tuberculosis. 
Tuberculosis treatment last long enough that at least 6 months of treatment and then evaluated by a doctor if need be continued or stopped, because treatment is often long enough to make patients defaulting treatment or medication irregularly running, this is the second fatal treatment is not successful and germs become invulnerable called MDR (multi drugs resistance), this case is more costly and difficult to fold in response to treatment so that the patient is expected to discipline in any time after reduction treatment of tuberculosis in Indonesia.
