Guava is a delicious fruit, beside it this fruit have many benefit for human such as :

1. Treat diarrhea

Antibacterial substances in guava fruit is able to prevent the growth of bacteria when exposed to dysentery. Other bacteria killer in this fruit is in the womb karetinoid, vitamin C and potassium. Eat guava if you treat diarrhea because diarrhea is one of the benefits of guava.

2. Prevent constipation

Fiber content is so high in guava fruit is very effective for preventing constipation. Besides cashew nuts are also a very powerful laxative and beneficial to help cleanse the exhaust system in the gut.

3. Thrush stomach.

Lots of Vitamin C in guava fruit and 4 times higher than the vitamin C contained in citrus fruits. So it could also be a very effective drug for stomach ulcers, a disease characterized by swollen and bleeding gums.

4. Overcoming Cancer
